Our staff will be waiting for you right outside the terminal, easily identifiable by a sign bearing the name "Roatán Janes Tours." From there, we will transfer you in a comfortable private vehicle to begin your personalized island tour, ensuring friendly, punctual, and reliable service from the start.

Meeting Instructions for Cruise Passengers

At Roatán Janes Tours, we make sure your experience starts smoothly from the moment you disembark. If your cruise ship arrives at the Mahogany Bay port, you'll need to walk approximately 15 minutes (1.2 km) from the ship to our meeting point. Once you pass through the port exit gate, you'll find our friendly staff waiting for you directly below, holding a prominent Roatán Janes Tours sign.

If, on the other hand, your cruise ship docks at the Town Center port in Coxen Hole, the walk to the meeting point is shorter, approximately a 5-minute walk to the main exit. One of our representatives will also be waiting for you there, holding a Roatán Janes Tours sign.

To ensure an organized and enjoyable experience, we ask that you meet us within 40 minutes of disembarking. Your punctuality helps us provide efficient service and help us begin your adventure as quickly as possible. Important Information for your Reservation

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive immediate confirmation of your tour by email. Our tour is wheelchair accessible and also suitable for those traveling with strollers or prams. Infants are welcome and must travel seated on an adult's lap; however, we recommend bringing your own car seat if you prefer, for greater comfort and safety.
